Not at all! The term “executive coaching” speaks more to the origin story of coaching within organizational and business contexts than the specific job level you need to be at in order to benefit from leadership coaching or entrepreneurship/business coaching. If you’re a leader (or emerging leader) of a business, people or craft, or a founder/business owner, with a growth mindset who is motivated to experiment with thinking and doing things differently to get the results you’re looking for, then executive coaching might just be right for you. After all, we're all just an executive-in-waiting, right?

Honestly? On a scale of 1 to 10, I’m probably a 1 or 2, if that. My coaching is rooted in evidence-based practices, focused on real outcomes, and backed by top-tier personality and cognitive assessments.

I’m not here to sell magic—I’m here to support real growth and results. My goal is to be the kind of coach I wish I’d had during my own career: experienced, down-to-earth, approachable, and focused on what actually works.

Definitely! Some folks might be better served by an outside of the box approach. That might look like a bespoke in-person executive leadership development program, a virtual reality coaching experience through Meta Quest, a need for a fractional internal executive coach for a team pod or squad, or performance management support for a skip level or direct report. Absolutely! To accommodate other time zones and busy schedules, I offer extended hours (mornings and evenings) throughout the work week and weekend (Eastern Time). The specific days and times offered may differ by quarter. All executive coaching and leadership coaching is conducted virtually online through Zoom. 

It depends. Some modern employee benefit plans include lifestyle spending accounts (LSA) that do cover the cost of coaching. However, more traditional employee assistance programs do not. Check with your employer for confirmation of your coverage, or to see how you might align your development plans with a work-sponsored professional coach.

Bootstrapping your own coaching? Invoicing and payment plans are available. 

Yes! I’m a huge advocate of mental health. I believe coaching is a wonderful complement to therapy, but I stress that it’s not meant to replace working with a licensed mental health professional. Coaching is designed to unlock your potential, and  inspire your own path forward. This may or may not build on foundations you’ve already established through therapy. Having said this, everyone’s situation is unique so you may wish to discuss your desire to start coaching with your therapist so that you’re fully supported in your journey at a time that’s most appropriate for you.
