I'm Here to Help

I’m a certified executive coach and a graduate of the executive coaching program at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto—one of the world’s top-ranked universities. I’ve completed over 150 hours of accredited executive and leadership coach training recognized by both the European-based Association for Coaching and the U.S.-based International Coaching Federation. As a strong advocate for evidence-based practices and upholding the scientific integrity of the coaching profession, I’m also an active member of the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate.

I come to coaching following an accomplished career in tech and enterprise leadership, where I helped scale organizations, build high-performing teams, and navigate complexity in fast-moving, high-stakes environments working across industries and sectors for companies like PepsiCo, the Ford Foundation, the Bank of Canada, and Shopify.
