How I Became an Executive Coach
My path to becoming an executive coach was shaped by a rewarding journey as a business leader, tech innovator, and entrepreneur. Founding three global businesses and working in the digital space taught me that my success was driven by how I connected with people.
As a leader, I always focused on treating everyone with respect and creating an environment where people could thrive. Someone once told me "You're the kind of leader who lifts everyone around you", and that really stuck with me. Itâs at the core of my coaching philosophy: everyone has something valuable to offerânot just in knowledge, but in how they contribute to the bigger picture through their potential.
Over the years, Iâve had the privilege of mentoring hundreds of leaders at the forefront of change in business, government, and tech. Their trust and positive feedback inspired me to make a significant career shift, return to university, and gain formal training in coaching and leadership development.
Leadership today can be tough, with constant challenges and the need to navigate complexity and uncertainty. My coaching aims to make that journey a bit easier by creating a supportive space where clients can explore lasting impact. I help them pursue their goals with clarity and confidence, guiding them toward success with a clear sense of direction, purpose, and joy.
